Five months post full-time employment: After many years of stagnation, my weight is slowly coming down.
Key changes:
- Not having a Tetris-pack calendar broken down into 15-minute intervals has been a game changer for my sanity.
- 10k steps a day
- Lifting 2x times a week
- Couch to 5k achieved.
There is much more work to be done here. Excited for spring to arrive! 🌱🏃
