So, as recently as last week, a foreigner could tell a visa officer they were planning to come to Canada for their summer vacation and visit Niagara Falls and, after they arrive, turn around and apply for a work permit.
Sean Fraser, Marc Miller and Justin Trudeau allowed that insanity to continue and since there is no limit to the number of tourist visas issued, the Trudeau Government essentially swung the border open to anyone who wanted to enter.
What other advanced economy operates that way?
