@jwatte @DominicJPino @PostOpinions The issue I have is BART didn't seem to care about being a viable business, ignoring enforcement of their own rules left many trains unusable, certainly for families. I've see live defecation, urination, and inhaled vapors from various pipes. Oh, and no fare enforcement.

For a 3-4hr multi-speaker YouTube video, what is the best automated process for accurate, diarized transcription and identification of key "chapters" / points in the video?
Context: looking to better structure and index our school board's meeting recordings.

@dweekly Whisper Translation has worked pretty well if you want to keep transcription local... don't know about chapters (it may have this functionality, I just used the transcription)

@acidshill @drethelin I watched a house in Palo Alto get fully remodeled, everything, had to be well over a million $ in improvements... beautiful results. The house sold and was completely razed, replaced with new house.

IMO this is missing the real issue: there’s no world in which it’s more profitable to own an empty lot vs letting someone rent it, except when government blocks productive uses
