I sold 6 vintage lampshades on @Etsy for £400. It cost me £77 to send them to the USA. The woman then complained they were damaged. Even though they were vintage. @etsy have now refunded all of her money, despite my complaints. And have taken £441 from my account. So I'm -£118

@RevRichardColes Had something similar happen with a different store and they gave me a very handsome financial reward for my mileage when taking it back to be removed. Seemed an excellent way to resolve matters.

@thetrainline But I got an email saying welcome aboard Trainline. Not sure I can see the reason why I wouldn’t qualify for the offer. This is making me feel very incomfortable @thetrainline as I would have left paying for a railcard for another month or two.

@thetrainline I bought a Network Rail card via email link. Hoping to buy at £20 with code but not able to access code. So ended us paying £30 which is a shame as ordered within timeframe of offer.
