No Blocking 7 New Super Plantation Centres THE Government is accelerating plans to introduce legislation which will allow the construction of seven supersize asylum accommodation centres which will be immune to public planning objections. The intention is laid out in Department of Justice documents seen by the Irish Mail on Sunday and is further proof that Justice Minister Jim O'Callaghan views illegal immigration as one of the biggest challenges facing the country, according to senior Government sources. The legislation will block the public from opposing asylum centres at the Thornton Hall site in north Dublin and up to six other sites.

To date, almost €450 million Euro has been provided by the Irish Government in direct funding to Ukraine, with €193 million allocated for 2026 so far. In addition, over €5.3 billion has been spent on housing and payments to Ukrainian "refugees". Irish children with Scoliosis are having to seek treatment in America via community and online fundraising. Over 90,000 children are on hospital waiting lists in Ireland. Hospital emergency rooms are in chaos. Our healthcare system is in crisis. This is tantamount to criminal neglect of Irish citizens. Where are all the so-called "Opposition"? Yesterday, the Sunday Times reported that the Irish Govt was stress testing a plan whereby Defence Forces and Gardaí would man petrol stations to check frontline worker ID. Today, I'm struggling to find any reports across Irish newspapers on this?? Surely this is huge news?
