The GOP has opposed broad-based, global tariffs since WW2… because they don’t work. Like Reagan, we should use them against individual countries who are unfair. But, global tariffs are bad economics and bad for American consumers.

“The NCAA’s assertion of bias against the trial court judge, who like many practitioners in Hamilton County attended UC Law, is a weird move given that a majority of the appellate court also attended UC Law and may not appreciate the implication they are unable to adjudicate the matter fairly.”

The Ohio judge who granted 15 athletes additional eligibility did not disclose his school “ties,” NCAA says in a statement to Yahoo. Chris Wagner is a graduate of Xavier & Cincinnati Law. His wife is a dean at UC Law. Five of the athletes are affiliated with Cincinnati/Xavier.
