Today I received confirmation in the post that I was awarded a merit degree from Durham Uni while training as part of the Scottish Netball Team, Durham 1st & competing in the English prem div. Please don’t believe anyone that says you must choose between either academics or sport

My wife Jenny faced her own mental health struggles with amazing courage & humility. She was the most beautiful & loving human being, who continually put others ahead of herself, often at the expense of her own health @WMHDay #WorldMentalHealthDay
