I was told no refund as government cancelled not them. They changed there terms on March to add pandemic. This was not listed before when I booked and paid. Thanks

@easyJet No Dianne, it was cancelled due to snow at Bristol. No snow here or in Venice! However, still flights coming into Bristol now and we were due to fly 30 mins ago! No alternatives available! #notimpressed #easyjet
