We visited my parents last night and I took the CO2 monitor to check out how good their HVAC system is at cleaning the air.
I'm gobsmacked at how ineffective it is!

My parents live in a Passivhaus with an HVAC system. They think it protects them from Covid when visitors come round. My counter-argument: It's NEVER stopped us ALL catching my cousin's cold he always brings with him at Christmas [pre-pandemic].

@SW_Help Tried that. Your voice response option #4 for refunds has a recorded message saying that tickets purchased from @thetrainline have to be dealt with through them. But if you won’t confirm to them there were disruptions, how can they do this? What is the process?

@SW_Help I applied for refund from @thetrainline for 7 return tickets on this shambolic day of service & they told me “We have checked with your train provider and are unable to validate your train cancellation.” Please advise why?
