Over 90 countries, including Turkey, Iran, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, and Vietnam have purchased stolen Ukrainian grain sold by Russia. Russia sells it to countries worldwide. But Zelenskyy has only called out Israel in a post like this. Some of those countries are consistent purchasers of such grain, in fact. Israel has bought it only a couple of times, it seems. That’s the part that piques my interest here.

Ukraine has voted against Israel in almost every UN resolution, even after October 7th, when you’d think they might understand Israel a bit more. So no, Ukraine and Israel are not allies. Israel is under pressure from half the world and has been at war for three years, so yes, they can and should get supplies from wherever they can. But here’s what stands out. Over a dozen countries are buying from Russia, including Egypt and Turkey, in far higher volumes than Israel, yet the backlash is nowhere near the same. I don’t even think Zelensky has said a word about them. Makes you wonder if it’s because people are losing interest in his war, and he knows anti-Israel content gets attention.

Yeah, I'm sorry. It's a zero sum game. There will be either Israel or Palestine. Palestinians will never agree to any form of Jewish sovereignty, neither in one state nor in two states. The ones that should listen and learn (maybe read some history outside of TikTok) are the young people you're listening to. You should be leading them, not following their populist idealism. Feeling good doesn't always make realistic or good policy.

"A big problem is that pro-Israel people can't admit Israel ever does anything wrong." - Pro-Ukraine people who have LITERALLY never criticized Ukraine about anything ever and will doxx you and try to destroy your life if you criticize Ukraine online.

I think the reality of the community that supports Ukraine, in particular #NAFO is that we have both 🇺🇦🇵🇸 and 🇺🇦🇮🇱 people. And we have kept conflicts between the two down by underpinning that 🇺🇦 is the priority.

@beeschoolbonds @cabsav456 @IBlitz6 @Burneraccount81 Russia has been boosting Iran so I don't think that's working. Also, if Israel had done more for Ukraine they would have a FAR better relationship with Europe today.

It's definitely an op, but it's not Russian. It's just about crybully Ukraine getting attention. The Urkainians do this over and over. A few days ago Zelensky was making outlandish claims about missile interceptor stockpiles. A media stunt. Weeks ago the Ukrainian Ambassador to Israel completely made up a story about how Israel was reaching out to Ukraine for it's 'cutting edge' (lol) anti-drone technology and a phone call between Zelensky and Netanyahu had been scheduled. Made up. Media stunt. Ukraine is like Tinkerbell...you must clap louder.

This is taking place as the @IsraelMFA is not making time for nearly a week to meet with the EU ambassador over the grain issue, while it does have time to meet Russia's ambassador.

Senior Ukrainian official tells me that Kyiv's willingness to help Israel counter Hezbollah drone attacks depends on Israel's actions around what Ukr calls grain stolen by Russia: “We will consider this request in contingency with their behavior with the stolen grain."

If you think X is antisemitic, check out the “stolen grain” discussion Ukraine Now Telegram channel. “It’s the Jews, what do you expect?” “Jewish pigs,” etc.

Israelis and Jews everywhere had this fantasy that they can be nice to Ukraine and Ukrainians will be nice back. We always have this fantasy; it’s time to learn. Plus, Ukrainian history of genocidal Jew-hate remains unmatched.
