Dear @pcmcindiagovin - the scourge of stray dogs outside Park Royale, Rahatani 411017 is increasing by the week/month. Mornings, there are 8-10 of them. Source of nuisance/physical danger for passer-by's especially school going children. Please help. @parkroyalepune
