Was it surprising to see James Tavernier miss his penalty in the manner he did? Absolutely. It was very unlike him. Tavernier is the best penalty taker in the history of Scottish football. The pile on towards him (yet again) has been a disgrace. He’s bailed Rangers out time and time again and deserves so much better. Rangers still have a chance of becoming league champions this season.
