AN SEEMINGLY ENDLESS BATTLE UNLIKE OP SINDOOR While Op Sindoor was executed impeccably and swiftly by our Defence Forces the timelines of dying hope and legal battles within our Country seem to be endless. One day in each month, the approximately five thousand home buyers (and their family members) log-in to Supreme Court’s video Conferencing Portal ardently hoping for a favorable order or maybe just a patient hearing from the Apex Law body. A wait of over 2.5 years and 27 fresh dates now. Irony is that a Gurugram, sector 112 based Earth Copia Project has been stuck in an appeal (Civil appeal 2466 of 2023) filed by GNIDA authorities in April 2023 in supreme Court - a collateral damage in spite of being a completely different state. #SupremeCourtofIndia , #GNIDA ,#YogiAdityanath ,#pmoindia , #narendramodiji , #NarendraModi , #cjibrgavai #savehomebuyers, #yogigovernment . #OperationSindoor , #GreaterNoida , #Huda , #greaternoidaauthority.in, #TimesNow ,#aajtaktv24. The home buyers having invested in projects of Earth Infrastructure Ltd in Year 2011-12 await for their dream homes for over 13 Years now. While the corrupt management of EIL were arrested by EOW, Delhi police and were released on completion of their meager three-year-old sentence as per the extant laws, the agony of Homebuyers surpasses the same by over a decade. A hint of hopelessness could be felt upon interaction with these home buyers fighting their separate battles of illnesses, shemozzle due to investments made including retirement money and deaths of over two hundred buyers in this long wait. A battle of endless wait for their homes, where the only losers are --- Our few fellow countryman and their hopes. In last ten years the aggrieved buyers of four properties underwent EOW investigations, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) through NCLT, NCLAT and now Supreme Court. Whereas, Earth Techone, Sapphire Court and Towne are located in Greater Noida one of the properties Earth Copia located in Gurugram has been hurdled by appeal by GNIDA demanding the penalty and heavy interest on payments pending for over ten years. An additional burden and cause of concern for the distressed home buyers many of whom happen to be retired Military and Government officials. This case of seemingly endless battle and hope for a dream home is not in isolation with over Lakhs of homebuyers spread in complete country having been suffering due to greed of consortiums, builders, lack of monitoring by agencies such as GNIDA and non–timely resolution of pending legal cases due to complexity and uniqueness of each such Properties. A pro-active, time -bound approach by licensing authorities, swift and appropriate disposal of pending legal cases by stake holders is the least that can be undertaken for the pained buyers who even as on date will still have to further undergo agonizing wait for at least three years for completion of construction after the Properties are freed from all encumbrances.

A Bangladeshi Hindu girl who was raped by Muslims in front of her father is narrating the incident to others while her father cries. What could be more cruel than this? Islam is destroying one family after another & one nation after another. - @RadharamnDas

His body had wasted away piece by piece. His ribs had begun to show. He no longer had the strength even to move. When the British saw that this 25-year-old young man would not break, they tried to force-feed him by thrusting a tube through his nose. The tube entered his lungs instead of his food pipe. Milk filled his lungs. He writhed in agony, vomited blood, but still refused to end his hunger strike. On 13 September 1929, inside Lahore Jail, a revolutionary gave his life. For 63 days yes, 63 days he had not eaten a single grain of food. History often remembers the hanging of Bhagat Singh, but forgets the comrade who died in Bhagat Singh’s arms. That revolutionary was Jatindra Nath Das known across India as Jatin Da. He was an expert in making bombs, but in the end, his greatest weapon became his own body. He could have apologized. He could have accepted food. He could have saved his life. But he had only one demand: “Stop treating Indian political prisoners like animals.” The British believed hunger would crush his spirit. They did not realize that this was not a body made of flesh alone it was forged in iron. As his condition worsened, the British crossed every limit of cruelty. Prison doctors and guards pinned him down. They forced a tube into his nose. He screamed in pain, but his resolve never trembled. When news of his martyrdom reached the public, the nation wept. It is said that as his body was carried from Lahore to Calcutta, thousands stood at every railway station with flowers in their hands. In Calcutta, more than 600,000 people joined his funeral procession. Subhas Chandra Bose himself helped carry his body on his shoulders. But today, how many still remember that 63-day sacrifice? Before his death, Jatin Da reportedly said: “I am no saint. I am simply an ordinary man who wishes to die for the dignity of his country.” People may debate how India won freedom. But one truth cannot be denied: The foundations of that freedom were laid upon the withered bones of young men like Jatin Da. India’s freedom was not charity. Someone paid for it with his youth, his pain, and 63 days of unimaginable suffering. Every Indian should know the price of the air they breathe today.

*Once an Indian Navy Sea Hawk took off from INS Vikrant* It’s mission??? To get Married !! An epic story I found when I was browsing for Indian Navy Sea Hawks. ''Sometime in May 1965 the war clouds with our western neighbour were building up and Vikrant steamed out into the Arabian Sea to provide some gunboat diplomacy of the ' beware we are on alert' sort to Islamabad. Such sudden deployments cause disruption in the lives of the crew but that is what the Navy is about. One such disrupted young Lieutenant who was a bindaas (to use a Bombay term) Sea Hawk pilot who was scheduled to proceed on leave to get married the day the ship sailed and suddenly found himself far from the railway station that would take him to Bangalore. Possibly after a lot of requesting and discussions with his superior his Captain ordered him to take off at dawn on the big day in his Sea Hawk and set course for Bangalore and get back on deck by 0600 hours the next morning. Off went our young bridegroom. The Navy may be strict, but it likes to take care of its seamen and the Fleet Commander Rear Admiral BA Samson blessed this adventure. But how was he to carry his clothes and toothpaste. A bright technician suggested they empty out the cannon ammunition bay and that made just enough space for his clothes to be stuffed into. Onto the steam catapult and off to the old HAL airport at Bangalore. The bride of this arranged marriage lived close to the airport and between the nervous ma-in-law to be and pensive pa-in-law and clueless bridegroom’s parents they didn’t know what to do. Here was the auspicious day and the hero nowhere in sight. Because the ship was on a full alert patrol there was no radio communication at all and let alone the relatives. Even HAL airport control tower did not know that our man was zeroing in till he asked for permission to land!. Then suddenly the piercing roar of the Rolls Royce turbo jet filled their ears and thumped their hearts. Our man deftly landed, parked his flying machine and was whisked away for the muhurttam with literally minutes to spare. Next morning 0400 hours he took off again and in little over 90 minutes got back to the carriers deck in the middle of the sea. This young pilot was SK Gupta who later commanded INAS 300 White Tigers in the 1971 war and was awarded the Maha Vir Chakra. Later in life he rose to flag rank. On his return there were no flowers on the ship to celebrate his new status but his fellow pilots not to be put off garlanded him with a mala made of vegetables.'' In the pic you can see how his colleagues have wrote ‘’Just Married’’ on his Sea Hawk with a pair of boots tied on to the nose of the aircraft.

ये ज़बर भी देखा है तारिख की नजरों ने लम्हों ने खता की थी और सदियों ने सज़ा पाई This is the release medical board report of Gen. Deepak Kapoor before his retirement. On the eve of his retirement, he was declared disabled due to hearing issues. At that time, he was the chief of army staff. While he might genuinely have a hearing problem, the concern here is his potential unethical conduct. Had he disclosed his disability earlier, he might not have become the chief. The benefit? His entire pension became tax-free. Not only him, but other senior officers also claimed similar advantages. Nevertheless, the real losers are the JCOs, jawans, and officers lacking influential connections. The focus should be on ensuring transparency in the process, not on withdrawing disability pensions.

Imagine Bharat🇮🇳 wins the lottery. $1.7 Trillion. What’s the first thing our politicians do? Spend it, right? In 1969, Norway found massive oil reserves. They were suddenly rich. But instead of a spending spree, they chose "Radical Patience." In 1990, the Norwegian Parliament created the "Government Pension Fund Global" The mission: Transform "black gold" into a permanent financial legacy. In 1996, they deposited the first payment: $150 million. Then they did something even more remarkable. They stuck to the plan. Year after year, oil revenues flowed into the fund. Year after year, the fund invested in global markets—stocks, bonds, real estate across 70 countries. Year after year, politicians resisted the overwhelming temptation to raid the fund for short-term political wins (something our politicians should emulate from it). Every election cycle brought promises to spend more. Every economic downturn brought demands to tap the fund. Every crisis brought calls to break the rules "just this once." Norway said no. Every single time. The fund's managers didn't try to beat the market or gamble on hot stocks. They simply bought small stakes in thousands of companies worldwide—around 9,000 today—and held them. They played the longest game imaginable. By 2000, the fund was worth $50 billion. By 2010, it had grown to $500 billion. By 2017, it crossed $1 trillion. Today, it has surpassed $2 trillion. Every time we buy an iPhone, a coffee at Starbucks, or a subscription to Netflix, a tiny fraction of that money flows back to Norway. Why? Because their fund owns a piece of almost 9,000 companies worldwide.😃 Now, the investment returns are higher than the oil revenue. Even when the oil runs out, the schools, hospitals, and pensions stay funded. For a country of just 5.6 million people, that works out to roughly $340,000 per citizen. This👇👇 The 3% withdrawal rule ensures the fund will last indefinitely. That 3% provides roughly a quarter of Norway's national budget—funding education, healthcare, infrastructure, and pensions without ever depleting the principal. Norway's oil will eventually run out. Maybe in 30 years, maybe 50. It doesn't matter anymore. By the time the last barrel is pumped, Norway will have a multi-trillion-dollar fund generating returns forever. Norwegian children will attend free universities, elderly Norwegians will retire with security, and the entire nation will thrive—all funded by oil that stopped flowing decades earlier. Because in 1990, Norway made a choice that most countries never make. The genius wasn't finding the oil. It was having the humility to admit that people who haven't been born yet deserve a seat at the table. 🇳🇴

🇧🇩 Tarique Rahman return to Bangladesh on December 25, 2025 after 17 years in exile, marks a high-stakes shift in the nation’s power dynamics as he eyes the February 2026 elections following the ousting of Sheikh Hasina. While his supporters view his homecoming—alongside his wife and daughter—as a triumph over "political persecution" and the clearing of his name through recent legal acquittals in cases like the August 21 grenade attack, critics and regional skeptics often frame his return through the lens of conspiracy. These theories frequently suggest that his long stay in London was facilitated by MI6 to be used as a geopolitical asset for regime change, or that his arrival is part of a Western-backed strategy to pivot Bangladesh away from Indian and Chinese influence. Ultimately, whether seen as a legitimate political restoration or a calculated "Deep State" maneuver, his return forces Bangladesh to confront the complicated legacy of his past leadership and the "Hawa Bhaban" controversies while navigating a fragile transition under an interim government.

While India Was Poor, a Prime Minister Was Allegedly Rich in Switzerland No Business. No Inheritance. No Explanation. So Where Did 2.5 Billion Swiss Francs Come From? A Swiss magazine once asked a question India was told never to ask. In 1991, Schweizer Illustrierte, one of Switzerland’s largest weekly publications, released an exposé on secret Swiss wealth allegedly held by global power figures. Fourteen names were published. Among dictators and strongmen appeared one Indian face. Rajiv Gandhi - India Alleged amount: 2.5 billion Swiss francs This was not an Indian allegation. It was not an election speech. It was printed in Switzerland, with a photograph. So let’s ask plainly. How does an Indian Prime Minister accumulate 2.5 billion Swiss francs? No private business history. No multinational ownership. No declared overseas fortune. No inheritance on that scale. Money does not appear by virtue of office. If the report was false, the response should have been immediate. Why was the magazine never sued in Swiss courts? Why no international demand for correction? Why no public explanation? Instead, silence. Now understand the scale. 2.5 billion Swiss francs in 1991, adjusted only for inflation, is roughly ₹50,000 crore today. That excludes interest. That excludes compounding. That excludes decades of financial growth. Just inflation. While Indians were told there was “no black money,” a European publication printed names Indian media avoided. History isn’t just erased by force. Sometimes it is buried by obedience. So ask the question again without fear. No business. No inheritance. No explanation. Where did 2.5 billion Swiss francs come from?

From the Battlefield to a Cell, The Unspoken Pain of an Indian Soldier, 444 Days Without My Brother! It’s been 1 year, 2 months, 17 days, 443 days in total, 10,632 hours, 637,920 minutes… since my brother, Major Vikrant Kumar Jaitly, was taken. Since Maj Vikrant was 1st abducted, held incommunicado for eight long months, then kept in detention somewhere in the Middle East, my life has been a countdown of fear, hope & unbearable silence. I am waiting to hear his voice, I am waiting to see his face, I dread what they have done to him. I dread it because only I know who he was when he was whole, & I dread it because I know what he managed to communicate in that one final call… A call made to the only number he could still remember. A call carrying more pain than words. A call carrying more truth than the world is ready to face. I have more questions than answers, so much terror in every second that passes. My brother suffers from many injuries from his line of duty. He has given his youth, his strength, his mind, his life to Bharat. He has lived & bled for the flag. As Bharat rises as a global force, our soldiers & veterans are becoming easy targets abroad. This is not just personal anymore, this pattern of picking up our soldiers & veterans abroad… is this now jeopardising our own National Security instead? We must ask this question. We must demand answers. We must not turn away. We need the same, decisive action that was taken in Qatar, I am putting my faith, my life & my hope in our government ..That they will safely bring their soldier back. The same action that brought home our Naval veterans. Our soldier deserves no less. No Indian soldier deserves less. Bring our soldier back. Do not let this momentum die. Do not let a man who gave everything to this nation be abandoned in silence. We must not forget our veterans, we must not let this happen to them, not now, not ever. As my late father, Col VK Jaitly (SM), always said, “If you want to honour a soldier, be an Indian worth dying for.” BHAI I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING FINDING YOU I will NOT stop, I will NOT give up till he is back to the soil of his Bharat, the country he gave up all for!!
