@cantripguy And it clearly being personalized, versus robotic coming off a script. The ROI on doing that day in and day out compounds, but can't really be measured easily. If the founder sees it and trusts it though, that's all that matters.

@beercruncher i agree. i do customer service personally because it creates lifetime customers. there's actually ROI when you look at LTV. good, FAST customer service and people stick with you forever
