Good engineers rarely make it and entrepreneurs. They are perfectionists. They’re are scared of shipping broken things. It is a good thing though. You need these kinds of people post-mvp. Don’t hire them to build an MVP they’ll take forever. An MVP can be spreadsheet.

Let me rehash what I said yesterday. Many qualified people can’t get interviews in local companies because of their weird requirements. These people will keep on working remotely building tech in Europe and the US at better pay.
