Any reasonably sized call center is looking at 5-6 figures a month in LLM costs if they try to run all transcripts through it conversationally. It's also a compliance nightmare unless you also want to host and manage GPUs yourself (that are hard to even find rn).

I just saw the number of accounting graduates dropped by 7.4% from 2021 to 2022. That's a problem but the overall trend is even more worrying. Since 2016, the number of graduates per year has been in a freefall. What do you think the root cause is?
