So I left a career in law in January of 2015. But friends are still sending me job openings for legal work. STOP. I am now a college history professor and historian, much happier than before. But somehow people see my transition to PhD as a hobby or a bad financial decision.

So incredibly happy I met my person years ago because I could not even imagine dating this era of red piller, immature, insecure men that have come out of their gaming rooms to actively fight to control women and turn them into second class citizens.

To my sisters going through perimenopause... When on a trip to Europe, make sure you have appropriate climate control. I've had to resort to sleeping in the living room with a fan on my feet to be able to get any relief.

@0liviajulianna, I am disgusted with "liberal" "thought" today. It's nothing more than nasty, narcissistic, self-serving co-dependencies. In the 60s and 70s I worked on many Democrat's political campaigns. I was a Liberal. The last thing we'd ever do is attack a person for the life choices that they made. What we attacked were their opinions in lively debate. I'd be ashamed to have ever said what you just said!

I feel really bad for you Laura. You’re a woman in your 30’s with no husband, no kids, no children, and no friends. Your entire life revolves around electing a sexual abuser and convicted felon as president and honestly I pray for you. I pray for you because when he loses I know the entire MAGA universe you revolve around will leave you behind and you’ll just be another woman who dedicated her life to a man who couldn’t care less about her. @sagastaki My old neighbors across the street ratted me out to my parents when I would have my college bf stay over when they were out of town. The way the male neighbor did it was sneaky.

Went to have tea with my elderly neighbor. She was ranting about her neighbor and the boyfriend. And yes, she complained about the nocturnal noises.
