ESD of a 10.5-cm laterally spreading tumor (LST) at the distal transverse colon near the splenic flexure. The scope manipulation was struggling. I utilized traction clips to facilitate the dissection. and got it done after 284 minutes. #ESD #EndoscopicSubmucosalDissection

@ben_sukit My main tricks for bleeding control in saline immersion ESD are: keeping a clear field with continuous irrigation, identifying vessels before cutting, performing pre-coagulation with the knife using Soft Coag, and dissecting slowly

@ckjellmo Thanks! At the dominant nodule, severe fibrosis was observed. UEMR on that nodule, then piecemeal EMR is a possible option, but I feel more comfortable with ESD 😊
