Watch as police officers confront a man suspected of carrying out a terrorist attack in north London where two men were stabbed. The suspect refused to show his hands, was violent and continued to pose a clear threat. Using only their training, courage and tasers, they detained him while he continued to try to attack and stab them. This took true courage.

A word on my new podcast - Don't Say a Word. The thing is we live in a world of judgement. Taking offence is a new endorphin and it seems to be addictive. Some people are looking for opportunuties to take offence. We explore changing attitudes and they do change at the speed of light. Don't say a word, don't watch a film, don't read a book, don't laugh at that joke, don't like that artist and on and on it goes. 'Woke' is a crap word. It's imprecise and meaningless. Who isn't 'woke' on some issues and not on others? Words have power and sometimes become unsayable and are no longer acceptable. Words which just a few years [months] ago were seen as ok are now in the amber or even red zones. Reputations are shredded and torched. Flaming torches and pitchforks? Maybe. Sometimes it seems like a witch hunt or is this actually just accountability - a kick back at those who deserve it? People don’t so much say God is on our side as 'History' is on our side. That's quite a claim. We surely need to be more thoughtful or do we need to be careful not to overthink it? Another great and recurring theme for us is the Art v the Artist. Great art from BAD or allegedly bad [sometimes that's enough] people. Sometimes people are too quick to condemn but sometimes too slow - if they are adored and deeply woven into peoples lives. Then, it is seen as a blasphemy. I'm sure you can think of examples. And - we want you to get involved. This is about all of us. Our worlds. dontsayaword@bbc.co.uk - feedback but also make suggestions and maybe even come on and talk about it with some of your friends. Have mics will travel. We'll get the drinks. Tell us what you make of some of these issues. The first two episodes are out.another next week. bbc.co.uk/sounds/brand/p…

Today marks 20 years since the 7/7 London bombings. We remember the 52 lives lost that day, the 770 injured, and the families of all affected. Thank you to the first responders who showed extraordinary courage and tireless commitment to the safety of Londoners – both in the immediate aftermath and to this day, ensuring this terrible tragedy never happens again.
