@ATTBusiness I found out from the tech that the issue was in your junction box. Someone was repairing something, unplugged our line and plugged it back in to the wrong plug. List a days worth of orders and a days worth of wages and time. Should be getting a substantial credit for the trouble.

@ATTBusiness lose phone/internet 1/2 way thru yesterday. Spent hour on phone troubleshooting, & have to make an appointment for a tech to come out on a Sat. Here half the day when I get a call from dispatch telling me they don’t have techs on Sat & she is trying to find 1. Crazy!
