Hi Ben, sorry about this. Try this: delete the app via settings > iPhone storage. Ensure all data is deleted and not just offloaded. Restart the iPhone by pressing volume up > down > hold lock button until the Apple logo appears. Head to the App Store, download the app and start again. Let us know how this goes.

@JimmyGrumble @virginmedia We were down for over 12 hrs Tuesday after a cable was damaged by contractors pulling through…. a cable!. That’s what the team fixing the issue said. Fixed after 11pm Annoying as WFH 🤦‍♂️🙄

Come on @virginmedia surely in this day and age there’s a connector to re connect a damaged cable relatively quickly, even if it’s a temporary fix to get services back with a full fix later? And where’s your disaster recovery planning, you’re a service provider for gods sake 🤷‍♂️

@GNRailUK So it’s blocked after Ely?, do you have trains that can run King’s Cross to Ely instead,🤷‍♂️ then people can get home easier. GA trains are spaced further apart to Ely. Planing picking son up from town and really don’t want to!
