how to start your UGC program for $500 a quick heuristic to measure whether someone will be a good creator: 1) They have between 500-3,000 followers 2) They've posted at least 10 videos, one with at least 100,000 views, and have good lighting in their videos 3) They aren't already doing UGC for a brand You can find these by: 1) Searching manually on TikTok 2) Using Sideshift (largest creator database) 3) Using Lightreel for specific queries. Lightreel will agentically search the internet to find your ideal creator. If the creators have emails in their bio, this is the template you'll use: Subject: "[Paid Collab, $4,000 a month] Body: Hi [Name], We're [], the team behind [], the []... We saw your NYU video and thought you'd be a great fit for our program. You'd be posting on a separate account, it's low commitment, and we pay extremely well. Let me know if you're interested and we can send more information! Best, (Ideally a girl's name) You can use Instantly or Resend to send these emails. After they agree, hop on a Zoom call and confirm they're a good culture fit. You'll start with 1-2 creators, paying each of them $100 a week + $100 / 100,000 views, capped at 1 million views per video. Text these creators directly. Have them buy in. Help them with their goals, even if they're outside the scope of your UGC program. This is Day #2 of taking Gabble to #1 on the AppStore. We'll start reaching out to around 10-30 creators starting today and sign the first one in the next few days. Will post about finding your viral content format tomorrow.
