Update! (Click back two threads if you want the full backstory, tl;dr my fuel pump was recalled, replaced, and then failed in exactly the way the recall was meant to prevent) I managed to get through @Jeep's phone tree to my case manager.

@Jeep I sent a DM, but I haven't heard back yet. Details there, but also in my case.

When I called today to get a status update, I was sent to the voicemail of my case manager, who was offline, and the rep couldn't tell me when they'd be back. So now we wait.

Update on my ✨forbidden glitter✨ situation. It's now been a week since my car's engine broke. See this thread for the full backstory, but the short version is that @Jeep recalled a fuel pump, and the replacement part failed in the same way the recall was meant to address.
