Counterfeit cash suspects busted in Primrose, Germiston.
A joint operation involving Ekurhuleni SAPS Crime Intelligence, Primrose CPU, CPO Reaction Force, Gauteng Anti Crime Unit and Mamba Security led to the arrest of 9 suspects, 8 males and 1 female, linked to counterfeit money activities.
The suspects, known for allegedly promising people riches through scams, were caught during the operation in Primrose.
Authorities seized counterfeit notes amounting to R211 600.
Investigations continue.
