I’m backkkkk… So here’s a developing story: One of our Turo rentals, a 2023 Tesla Model 3 RWD, has yet to be returned despite the trip ending yesterday at 5:30PM (26hrs ago at the time of this post). Yesterday, per normal policy, I reported the late return on the Turo app and messaged the guest asking for them to extend. The guest replied this morning saying “my other phone is broken” but nothing else. Now that it’s past 24hrs late, I called Turo Power Host support where the trip will be handed over to Turo Trust and Safety team. At my request, the support member put me on hold and called the guest. After the call, the support member told me that the guest is refusing to extend and refusing to return the Tesla. The support member also told me that I could go pickup the Tesla but the maximum reimbursement would be $50. The Tesla is in another state… Stay tuned.

Never too late. My suggestion though is having a strong internal compass, tried and true is finding God and orienting your life in that direction and you'll find people going in the same direction, for what it's worth. (Regarding religion to save you time look into Christianity)
