Interesting compound for sale in Oakland! 7 unit co living community on a 14k lot called "Radish" is currently for sale near Temescal. A group of friends currently lives there and the property consists of a 7 units comprised of 1, 2 and 4+ bedroom homes, a communal kitchen, office, gym and shared outdoor spaces. The whole compound is being sold together and they are anticipating a sales price between 4 and 6M. Link to the website in comments

@tferriss 10!! I have two of them and they handle all my contracting w clients (basically procurement), HR onboarding, my Bootcamp course enrollment, health insurance faqs, bill dot com, pipedrive and my personal life and calendar. I would have had to hire FT folks to do this.

Has anyone used Athena for virtual/executive assistants? If so, from 0-10 (no 7 allowed), how strongly would you recommend and why? Thanks! 🙏

Why do all demos of new AI features focus on trip planning? "This feature is revolutionary! It helps me plan a trip to Florida!!"

Update: I joined @AnthropicAI to lead AI for State & Local Government! aka making government better with Claude :) Last year I met 20K+ voters running for office in SF. One of those was @DanielaAmodei, President & co-founder of Anthropic 🧵

A lot of AI wrappers make money not by having a better product that what you can get by prompting, but by helping users realize something is possible with AI. It’s a user acquisition/education challenge.

Fun (and revealing!) to chat with @eriktorenberg about our relationship. @levin_phil and I go deep on how we handle conflict, why we live with 20 people and how to I get Phil to keep our room clean :)
Turpentine@TurpentineMedia

Everyone saw it coming except them. @bermster and @levin_phil share how they went from 'we can't, it would be too good' to building an unconventional marriage powered by behavioral science, named arguments ('Hi Fred!'), and a community of 20 adults living together. Episode 2 of Modern Relationships drops now.

We tend to think that if people don’t follow up, they must have intended to ignore us. If we don’t follow up with a client or friend, we are just forgetful and busy. This is attribution bias. It leads to missed opportunities, sales and sour grapes. guzey.com/follow-up/

“Pricing is the most under-leveraged growth lever. It can drive enormous sustained growth (quickly) and often takes very little product work" But how do you figure out how to price your product? @lennysan and @bermster have written a guide for precisely that 👇

I’m considering writing the authoritative guide to bribing children. It would cover things like balancing intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, the problem with gold stars, determining the size of the bribe, psychology’s peak-end rule, and so on. What else should I include?

Only 37% of people do the one thing that could make their death easier on their loved ones. Why? Design. This week's teardown shows how design choices in advance directives can be life and death. Small UX changes = big impact. Let's fix this. 🔗 Link in comments to watch. 👇
