I can't help but compulsively check every dry bean & soybean field I drive by now - Huron Perth - if you see odd looking weeds in your field this fall call me or your ag retail to ID. Knowing and preventive control next year is our first defense against Waterhemp and Palmer

@JonWilken Would like to see how you replumbed your front fill? We take off the side fill, side filter and the whole front fill and reroute a new line above the front axle. Always thought Deere dropped the ball on how they installed the front fill, this is on a 4038 .

@MdMcLean1 @bigaljack We just started using it last week. I thought I was having too many sticky plingers on the exact apply and hoping this makes things work better. Haven't seen much change yet, but have 3 more jugs in the box to use yet, see if solves the problem. Got mine from Amazon.

@cfsdennis I recall years ago crossing paths with this weed. You don't want it in your field. Would be a good idea to look into whether you even want to let it into the silage.

We spread Grandpa Banks’ ashes this morning near the farm. My grandma put together some photos in memory of him and this one is a good depiction of him. Always in a tractor, out with the cows or listening to me boss him around lol! Many good memories. Rest in peace ♥️

Made the mistake of leaving 2 gal or so of mixed Roundup and Premium 3-way sitting in my little 30 gal sprayer for a month or two. Used hard water from home and it settled out leaving scale deposits. Thinking of using vinegar to dissolve it. Good idea or bad?
