I left a $1500 Gucci T-Shirt in an AirBNB and forgot it in the washing machine, I asked reception of the building to let me back up to the apartment to get the shirt but they wouldnt let me. I immediately messaged the host and told them to look after my shirt. They responded an hour later stating that they threw the item out? I just got denied a refund from Air BNB when I should be getting a refund for this? I asked them to look after my item and to hold onto it and they threw it away instead. AirBNB and the host are not covering their loss of items? @Airbnb @AirbnbHelp
