I see we're posting wedding dress photos and their prices so here's both of mine. The first one - 1990 - was custom made and cost $600. I picked out the pattern from JoAnne Fabrics and a seamstress put it together for me. The second one - 2001 - I bought the day before the wedding, off the rack at Daytons for $60.

Father-of-two Edd Langmead, 44, from Oldham dropped six stone on Mounjaro fat jabs he bought privately online, then on March 19 what he thought was just trapped wind pain hit him hard, he tried over-the-counter remedies but within three days the agony left him doubled over on the floor barely able to speak, his terrified partner rang an ambulance as he feared he was leaving his kids without a dad, doctors diagnosed gangrenous cholecystitis – his gallbladder had turned septic with tissue dying and infection spreading fast, he needed emergency surgery to have the organ removed and surgeons told him he was lucky to survive, the dad is now recovering with pipes hanging out of him, unable to walk or lie down properly, feeling like he's in his nineties, Edd is warning others the rapid weight loss triggered the life-threatening complication and to never buy these jabs privately without GP blood tests,

@AlpacaAurelius That’s simply not true. I work with a very large population of Amish people, and they are chronically ill and have lots of genetic mutations that prevent them from enjoying good mental health. They are plagued with diabetes and other diseases.

On Saturday just gone I delivered a talk on diabetes to 200 NHS doctors My message? The healthcare system is not even trying to help patients with diabetes The proof? Treatment targets are far too high and lead to complications - yet patients aren't informed of their continued risk Diabetes specialist services don't even track outcomes Medication only treatment doesn't work that well Standard "just eat less fat" isn't that effective Reducing total carbs is the most effective and evidence based strategy in diabetes - it produces quick wins on the CGM as well as sustained reductions in visceral fat over time Yet....it isn't offered to patients. They aren't even told it's an option unless they come across a "rogue" employee The rest of the talk was a call to arms for a ground up movement to force change. We've been waiting for top down change for 30yrs and it isn't happening The interesting part? Nobody disagreed.

@MichaelAlbertMD It feels like your comments severely undermine a person's ability to change their life. To learn new information, change their diet, their attitudes. You act like drs and government agencies always have our best interest in mind (they don't all). Medical prof is slow to grow.

Obesity isn’t a transient state—it reflects underlying, durable biology. Your cells “remember” it. Once established, it behaves like a chronic disease—much like Type 2 Diabetes—with a strong tendency to recur even after weight loss. That distinction matters: control is not the same as cure.

There's a probiotic strain that's been clinically proven to target belly fat. Not total body weight Not water weight Visceral fat - The dangerous fat packed around your organs. In multiple clinical trials, People who took this strain for 12 weeks saw measurable reductions in visceral fat, waist circumference, and body weight. No change in diet No change in exercise Just the probiotic. The strain is called L. Gasseri. It naturally lives in your gut and was originally isolated from human breast milk. A randomized, double-blind clinical trial published in the Journal of Medical Food put it to the test. One group received L. Gasseri daily. The other received a placebo. After 12 weeks? Visceral fat decreased significantly in the L. Gasseri group. Waist circumferences shrank. The placebo group? No changes. Separate Japanese research confirmed the same thing - Fermented milk containing L. Gasseri reduced BMI, abdominal fat, and visceral fat that wraps around your organs. Why does this matter? Because not all body fat is equal. Subcutaneous fat sits under your skin. Annoying but relatively harmless Visceral fat is different. It wraps around your liver, kidneys, and intestines. It produces inflammatory chemicals that increase your risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and the "Big C." You can look relatively lean - And still be carrying dangerous amounts of it. L. Gasseri appears to target this specific type of fat. But it does more than just that. It strengthens your gut barrier - Reducing the leakiness that lets toxins flood your bloodstream. It suppresses harmful bacteria while supporting the beneficial ones. It helps regulate appetite hormones - The signals that tell your brain when you're full. It may help lower cholesterol by influencing how your body processes bile acids. And it can reduce IBS symptoms, Especially abdominal pain. When your gut is working properly, your metabolism follows. Here's the problem most people run into: You can buy L. Gasseri in a capsule. Most deliver a few billion bacteria per dose. But most of those bacteria arrive DEAD. Heat, moisture, shelf time, and stomach acid destroy them before they ever reach your gut. A few billion sounds like a lot. It's not. Your gut contains trillions of microbes. A few billion is a drop in the ocean. Not enough to colonize. Not enough to shift the balance. Dr. William Davis (the physician who wrote "Wheat Belly" and "Super Gut") - Figured out a better way: Make your own probiotic yogurt at home using specific strains. Not a pill Not a supplement A highly concentrated probiotic food you make yourself. His protocol: Ferment at 109°F for 36 hours. That extended fermentation time allows the bacteria to multiply far beyond what any capsule can deliver. Trillions of live cultures per batch. Not billions. TRILLIONS. Fresh. Potent. Alive. A half cup a day is the protocol. The difference between a capsule and homemade yogurt is like comparing a garden hose to a fire hydrant. Same water Completely different force I've been making my own probiotic yogurt for a few years now. It was one of the best decisions I ever made for my gut, my digestion, my energy, and my body composition. I've been saying for 30 years: Your weight, your energy, your metabolism - It starts in the gut. When my gut was destroyed, Nothing worked. No diet. No exercise plan. No willpower. When I fixed the gut? Everything downstream changed. Science is finally catching up. And strains like L. Gasseri are one of the biggest reasons why. Comment GUIDE and I'll send you a FREE guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

Day 82 Morning Glucose - 135 BP - 80/58 Her BP is low again today, her blood sugar spiked over 200 again yesterday evening, and she had a total of 8 stools yesterday. She had an appt with her psych NP at 0800 then her PCP at 1030. I've been waiting for this appt because I'm almost out of ideas. At this point, I'll try just about anything. Her BP at 0800 was 68/50. That was after sitting upright for an hour. At 1030, it was still low at 80/56. Also, she's still dropping weight. She weighs 90.3lbs, and that's WITH the added weight of a lower leg cast. So, her BP is low, her loose stools are very inconsistent, she's not absorbing fat very well, her enzymes aren't working well no matter what we do, and she's dropping weight. So, we all had a pow-wow together. My daughter and I along with her PCP, an FNP, and her psych NP. We went over everything about her health. Her labs, diet, enzymes, and meds she's tried along with the outcome she had. We talked and brainstormed, went over all the things we've done and the issues she's still having. Total collaboration. It's been almost three months now. We're seeing amazing improvements in her blood sugars, A1C, electrolytes and vitamins, but she's still struggling with weight, blood pressure, and stools. So, at this visit, those were the main things we all wanted to focus on. Her pancreas only makes amylase. It doesn't make lipase at all. So, her body needs the pancreatic enzymes to break down fats. But, her gut and the enzymes are obviously not working well together. When she first came home in Jan, she weighed 91lbs. I wanted her to put on weight, so she basically ate whatever she wanted, and it definitely was a good amount of carbs. She gained 7lbs in 3 weeks, but her blood sugars were out of control. So, I had her cut the carbs and go keto/carnivore. She lost 7lbs in 3 weeks, but her blood sugars were a lot better. Then, I tried everything I could think of to help her put on weight without eating complex plant-based carbs again. We increased enzymes per meal. We spread out the enzymes through the meals. She ate smaller portions more frequently. We tried lower fat meals and snacks. She added dairy. But, her weight is still decreasing and she still has loose stools. So, we all talked about what we've done at home with her diet. Everyone is on board and has seen just how beneficial a keto/carnivore way of eating has been for her diabetes. An A1C from 15.1 to 7.2 is huge, and they all definitely recognize that. But, she's not just a diabetic. Her health is so complex, and her weight is worrisome again. We talked about what we could try this next month to help increase her weight and blood pressure, and hopefully help reduce her loose stools. We all agreed that trying to combine a carnivore diet with a very conservative addition of plant-based complex carbs once in a while might help her gain weight again and increase her BP. She knows she's not going back to how she was eating when she first came home. Meat and eggs will continue to be the majority of her diet. We know that adding a small amount of plant-based carbs could increase her blood sugars, but her PCP is confident in me and told me to tweak her diet and insulin based on my own judgment. So, today was our first trial of adding in a little bit of carbs. She ate some salmon with white rice. We'll see how it goes. Also, anytime she eats yogurt, we're starting to sprinkle the enzyme capsules on them to see if it helps with digestion and absorption. One day at a time 🙏

🔥 56 year old Lynette Hooker vanished into the ocean on Saturday, April 4th, 2026. Here's what we know so far: 🔷 The couple was leaving a resort at a resort on Elbow Cay, heading back to their yacht, 'Soulmates' 🔷 She and her husband Brian (58) were on an 8 ft, hard bottom dinghy 🔷 They set out around 7:30 pm local time 🔷 There were relatively high winds that night, however, allegedly Lynette was holding the boat keys 🔷 According to Brian, Lynette fell off of the boat with the keys, shutting it off 🔷 She was not wearing a life vest 🔷 He reportedly last saw her swimming to shore but claims he could not get to her 🔷 He paddled back, reaching shore around 4 am and reported her missing 🔷 They are still searching for her and the Bahamian Royal police are asking for anyone with additional information to come forward 🔷 Lynette's daughter's statement: 'I have been privy to very little information. My sole concern is to find out what happened to my mother and make sure a full and complete investigation is performed into her disappearance,' 'While the Royal Bahamian police are investigating this matter, I would also appreciate any involvement of the federal, state or local authorities to look into the circumstances of this tragic situation.' 🤔 People who are knowledgeable about boats...What are your thoughts? Well, well, well… Was his name really Barack Hussein Obama — or was it Jean Paul Ludwig? Let me explain. After digging through records and old documents, something strange surfaced: the Social Security Number 042-68-4425, the one linked to Barack Obama, was originally assigned to a man named Jean Paul Ludwig — a French-born immigrant who came to the U.S. in 1924. He was reportedly given that SSN in March 1977. Now here’s the kicker: Ludwig spent most of his adult life in Connecticut, which explains why his SSN begins with 042 — a prefix reserved for Connecticut residents. Obama? Never lived or worked in Connecticut. So why would he have a Social Security number tied to that state? It gets even more curious. Ludwig reportedly passed away in Hawaii, where Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Payne Dunham, just happened to work in the probate office of the Honolulu Courthouse — with access to files of deceased individuals and their personal records, including unused Social Security numbers. The theory is that Ludwig’s death was never properly reported to the Social Security Administration, likely because he never received benefits. That meant his number sat dormant — and accessible. Some believe Dunham may have quietly found a number that belonged to someone long gone — someone not receiving benefits — and handed it off to her grandson, whose citizenship status has long been questioned by skeptics due to connections to Kenya and Indonesia. And that’s just the beginning. If Trump — or anyone else — ever pushes past the birth certificate and straight into the mystery of this SSN, it’s going to be chaos. You’ll see heads spin on the left like never before. Because you can debate birthplaces all day long, but using a Social Security number that wasn’t assigned to you? That’s fraud. This isn’t about politics. This is about the law — and the truth. Let people make their own decisions, but they deserve to know. If you’re reading this and just shrug it off? Then maybe you’re okay with being lied to. But if not, spread the word. Because justice for this country is long overdue. In God We Trust.
