Tadalafil is the cheat code that most men should be aware of: - overall better health benefits - insane gym pumps - low dose effectiveness - the most cost effective monthly addition you could add The biohackers were absolutely correct about this gem. So stoked I added this to my stack.

@TheCryptoDaddi Got use to those small gauge needles but ordered the longer ones by mistake a while ago...and getting much less reaction with GHK-Cu and mot c think the deeper needle is making a difference

🚨 EXPOSING THE PEPTIDE GRAY MARKET: Emergency rooms in Australia are treating patients for acute liver failure after they used unapproved online weight-loss peptides like Retatrutide. An urgent warning by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) confirms these black-market vials are frequently contaminated, mislabeled, or entirely toxic. This happens just as the US FDA publishes briefing docs officially rejecting 7 massive peptides including BPC-157, MOTS-c, and TB-500 citing a severe lack of human data. Worse? The BMJ reports the upcoming July 23-24 advisory panel is facing strict scrutiny because several board members have financial ties to peptide clinics.

@tod1981 You think? I think a higher percentage of Europeans who workout do more cardio based sports. Tennis, running.

@MichaelAlbertMD Do you believe there should be trails for peptides and there use case or are you just calling for a blanket ban on use

Doctors don't get paid for writing a particular prescription—in fact, that would be illegal. Influencers get paid when you buy their peptides. Yet this is rarely discussed, as if physicians are the only ones with potential conflicts of interest. That's BEYOND baffling! Hate to break it to you: your favorite influencer never took a Hippocratic oath.

My biohacking/workout frens I have a question for you: I am having SEVERE pain in this part of my arm for almost 2 months. I’ve tried stretching and I’ve tried deep tissue massages. Nothing seems to be working. It’s getting to the point of affecting my lifting. I can barely grab ahold of a bar or dumbbell without a brutal stabbing sensation that makes me open my hand almost immediately. Funny enough I have not done Bpc-157/tb500 shots localized yet. But I would like that to be a last resort. Any suggestions?!

I wish these were available in the UK and Europe, and I don’t mean for aesthetics. GHK-Cu, paired with collagen and vitamin C, can make a huge difference in joint pain, especially if you play a sport that beats up the joints Running, combat sports, strength training, bodybuilding. In the next few years, I can see a lot of formulations being built around this. Because there’s definitely a market for it. Could also be a real help for older people carrying pain in the hips and other areas. An anti-pain peptide of sorts.

🚨 Peptide that doesn’t get enough love: MOTS-c While everyone’s hyped on BPC-157, TB-500, and the GLP-1s, MOTS-c is quietly one of the most fascinating mitochondrial peptides out there. It’s a 16-amino-acid peptide encoded in our mitochondrial DNA that acts like a metabolic regulator. Think of it as your body’s built-in “exercise mimetic" it helps improve insulin sensitivity, boosts fat burning (especially stubborn fat), enhances endurance, and supports mitochondrial function as we age. Animal studies show it helps prevent diet-induced obesity, preserves muscle during aging, and even improves exercise capacity without the training. Early human data is promising for metabolic health and longevity. If you’re chasing better energy, body comp, or just fighting the metabolic slowdown that hits after 30–40, MOTS-c deserves way more attention. It’s not as flashy as the healing or GH peptides, but it works at the cellular powerhouse level. Who else is sleeping on MOTS-c? Drop your favorite underrated peptide below 👇

@MichaelAlbertMD I'd say its inherent in us. Generations of needing to store fat for energy and food. Fat per say isnt the enemy its massive amounts of its all over your body causing inflammation. People morbidly obese will always find it easier to put weight back on you see it all the time

When researchers looked at fat cells from people 2 years after major weight loss, they expected to see normal cells. They didn't. The cells still had obesity. Stable chromatin marks. Genes written for relapse. Weight regain isn't moral failure. It's cellular memory.🧵

Why take something like Sermorelin, Tesamorelin or CJC/Ipamorelin, not just take the full growth hormone molecule? I break down the very important different here.
Jesse Morse, M.D.@DrJesseMorse

What is the difference between HGH and the GH secretagogues like CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, Sermorelin and Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin? I break down the difference here ⬇️ This is a clip taken from the @stackapp Peptide Certification Course that will be available soon.
