@Better_UK I’ve cancelled my gym membership as i currently can’t afford it for this month and I am being told a 20 day notice is required? That’s slightly ridiculous, no? You have also suspended it as the proof I gave wasn’t enough? Am I expected to pay for something I can’t use?

@Better_UK The lift is still not working in the Star leisure centre in Cardiff. It's only been 9 months, but we keep getting stupid excuses. Just get someone in to fix it. There's bound to be a local firm that can do it. Disabled members can not use the facilities.

#woolwichwaves @Royal_Greenwich @Better_UK sadly the new center that just opened in January is getting wrecked already. And no maintenance. No cleaning towels, people slamming down weights….it will soon look and smell just like the old center.

Very frustrating call with Shauna @Better_UK, only wanted to move a booking by an hour due to a logistical issue, full availability on the website, but unable to help, no way to speak to centre directly, 24 hour wait for a call back, not the best way to give "customer service"

Bit of a kick in the knickers that Woolwich Waves has randomly (within a month of launching) flipped from refundable lockers to non-refundable token ones. Why? Other than a desperate attempt to gouge an extra 20p out of patrons it seems a really odd call, why not retain a blend?
