@DeltaSupport58 I have completed complaints form with even more detail. Red coat at the gate stated, ‘what should we do , kill them?’ Is this how Delta staff are taught to deal with customers? Shocking. It left me very worried. All is documented in my complaint form.

@KLM @Delta You are then threatened to take an economy seat or ‘be stuck at this airport for 2 days’. Red coats rude and unhelpful at B22 JFK on March 19th. I was made to feel like a standby passenger just because I didn’t give them more money. Totally unacceptable.

@KLM @delta so it appears when you book a priority seat with KLM and the flight is serviced by their partner Delta, you are made to pay to select a seat. And if you don’t, and wait to be given a seat at the airport, Delta sells your seat and blames you??
