A wireless emergency alert (WEA) was sent to a broader area than intended for an incident at 2495 S. Vine Street. The shelter-in-place alert applies only to a two-block radius around that address and recipients outside that area should disregard the alert.

In older women it is difficult first labours and neuropathic GYN surgery that do the damage. Straining on the toilet is from poor toilet training and causes painful menarche and infertility.

We hold this update with care. We recognize the world is heavy and many are suffering. This progress does not erase harm or fix the system overnight. We share this to support future change, not to overshadow present reality.

If the framework is wrong, the science is wrong. This is where the shift begins. We are continuing to: • protect the integrity of this language through conference • engage House and committee offices • monitor the FY26 extension period • prepare for additional outreaches

In all my years caring for women with #endometriosis, I’ve rarely been as moved as I was by @RobertIrwin’s love and support for his mother & sister. His Blossom Ball speech was a defining moment — a young man standing up for women’s health with grace, respect & compassion.
