Twitter. A weird question for you. What is a portion of potatoes? (Mash, or roast, or boiled). I say 250g is about right for an average adult human. My friend is questioning my maths. How much is a portion?

@sexandtheswiss @Strava I wondered too. Maybe it was my heart rate - i kept it mostly in zone 2, with a bit of 1 and 3.
My speed varies with hills and traffic lights. So not a flat line.
No cadence was recorded - i use my watch for the commute.
