Thank you to all who checked in and offered words of support and encouragement over the past few days. Tuesday at about 7 pm, in the middle of dinner in Boston with a close college friend, I received horrible, soul crushing news from distraught family members. The past few days have been very difficult. As anyone who loves their dogs as much as I do will tell you, there is a large void at home, but the support is greatly appreciated and has been helpful to getting me back on my feet. Thank you all.

I was served by the Sheriff yesterday with a lawsuit filed by Kylie Kirkpatrick in Napa, CA. I exposed Kylie 6 years ago and as a result of my reporting she was arrested and charged with 8 felony counts of fraud. It was one of the biggest stories I had written at the time and another example of how Turtleboy is used to petition the government to arrest bad people protected by the state. Most of you probably don’t know who she is, so I’m going to be sharing all of the stories about her once again because this is apparently what she wants. Stay tuned.

Imagine skilled, top notch defense attorneys "DAMN FULL WELL" trying "IN FACT" to have a flawed and misguided murder case dismissed. The horror! Ma'am: that is what lawyers do, to not try almost certainly would be ineffective assistance of counsel. I hope, Ms. Spirit, that you never require the services of a criminal defense attorney-but if you do-I hope you get counsel as skilled and zealous as Alan and David. I “literally” was alerted to this bizarre missive a few hours ago (I blocked this irrationally angry person some time ago and she chose to block me while attacking me). In my view, this tweet reveals much more about her than it does me. It’s what lawyers call “exhibit A” in support of the position that people consider the source, bias, temperament, and expertise of a Twitter lawyer whose primary function appears to boil down to looking for every tweet and video and then policing the “stupid people” on the internet. @DoctorTurtleboy Do you have any proof it was a gift? I believe you that it was but just to C.Y.A. I would actually ask your attorney what you should do. If she reported it stolen, she could somehow say that it was. The TV is possessed so put a new one on your wish list.

Boomer alert question - a while back I was gifted an Amazon Fire TV. I have no idea how these work but I used it from December 2024 until I moved in March 2026. Today I attempted to connect it to the internet and noticed it was still logged into the Amazon account of the person who purchased it for me. I logged them out and attempted to log into my Amazon account. Then I got this notice telling me the whole TV has been reported as lost or stolen. Does this mean that this television is effectively useless? Again, I’m a boomer with this stuff. Thanks!
