@SubwayUK can you help me regarding a manager at a store and the way a team member was treated please

@SubwayUK how can i make a complaint about discrimination towards a team member and the way she was treated by a manager

but is there an issue with the app as i don't want to try again and the same happens

@AskKlarna i was making a purchase to pay in 3 and it went through to completing purchase but then came up with error page and payment taken.. it did not say declined just error please try again later i know i will get the money back

@WestMidRailway My train was cancelled this evening i have sorted out the avanti journey but instead of Birmingham new street i am getting off awolverhampton i will dm my ticket but what will be valid when i get to Wolverhampton can you help please

@AvantiWestCoast There is one leaving at the same time but going a different route but it starts and ends in the the place the cancelled one does and my tickets are exactly the same trains can i get that one, the man on the phone said i could but i just want to make sure,thank you for your help

@bevhead34 Sorry to hear that, Bev. Your ticket will be valid on the services directly before or after your original journey if you have an Advance ticket, if you have an Off-Peak/Anytime ticket then you're flexible to travel on any service tomorrow - Sam
