#DPDUK you are utterly a shambles or an organisation! Tracked my driver the whole way, he was '15 minutes away' and I was delivery 26 out of 31 when I arrived home to then get a message a few minutes later saying I wasn't home for the delivery - UTTER RUBBISH!!!

One of my clients had to be disembarked from a Cruise due to illness on the first day and spent the rest of her holiday in hospital then having to catch 2 flights home! She needs a part cancellation certificate for her insurance but struggling to get this from @TUIUK

@TUIUK PS they also received an email asking how much they enjoyed their holiday afterwards - obviously automated but this needs looking into as if people have had their holiday cut short for whatever reason the last thing they need is to receive an email asking how wonderful it was!

Dreadful service from @HM_Passport boss' passport sent 11+ weeks ago and she is travelling for honeymoon in less than 2 weeks and still no passport back. Hours and hours on hold and speaking to people who promise call backs, upgrades, progress teams who can help but nothing

@Ryanair @jet2tweets Oh I’m more than aware of that and am prepared to take the risk of booking and maybe not sitting together but when the random allocation 24 hours before chooses 2 seats in different places when there is availability to sit together it doesn’t make sense

So annoying how even though you’ve got a booking together @Ryanair still randomly allocate you a seat apart despite there being ones available together - such a month grabbing airline!! At least @jet2tweets will seat you together when they randomly allocate if it is available!
