@seetickets Hi I have an issue with a set of tickets for Slam dunk festival that isn't covered on your FAQ. The customer service area isn't recognising the booking code. Please help

@TicketmasterCS It definitely said the code expires after 2 hours though?

@bexfitchett Hi Rebecca, there wasn't a 2 hour limit to purchase, just that the code would take up to 2 hours to be sent out. Thanks

@TicketmasterCS So when we got to this point we didn't have time to set this up and used my account. His ticket has now been cancelled and refunded for breaching the ticket limit amount as they were both in my name.

@TicketmasterCS I bought a ticket +friend code but my friend doesn't have a TicketMaster or PayPal account so bought on mine. Now been cancelled+ refunded for going over limit. How do I now get their ticket without a code?
