Today, I experienced the power of reclaiming my voice. For the first time, I voted as a justice-impacted individual with restored rights, thanks to Florida’s Amendment 4. This isn’t just a vote—it’s a powerful step toward change, hope, and true belonging. #MyVoteMatters #Amendment4 @FLRightsRestore @ACLU

@BreannaMorello It happens more often than you’d think. Most Special Housing Units (SHU) don’t have stationary phones connected to TRULINCS (the system that records calls and uses voice recognition), so they usually take you to the guard station.

🚨REMINDER🚨 Last year, I asked the Bureau of Prisons for Jeffrey Epstein's final recorded phone calls. The Bureau of Prisons (which operates under the DOJ) responded by telling me, "...We located no records responsive to your request." It turns out, Epstein was allowed to make one unmonitored and unrecorded phone call around 7-8 p.m the night he died. Epstein told jail staff he was calling his mother--who had died 15+ years earlier, in 2004. The call was not properly monitored, logged, or recorded, which was cited as one of many lapses contributing to his suicide. I was looking for Epstein's final phone call recording to see what his state of mind was that night. According to reports, Epstein's lawyers were working out a plea deal.

‘Introduce’ or ‘send’ would have been more appropriate since this is part of the introduction section, and doesn’t need to track the statutory language of count two. Also, I do not send a penalty sheet, which is generally included on indictments. Maybe they do things differently in the SDNY.

I disagree, @nytimes. @POTUS Trump granted me clemency from a 35-yr first-time non-violent white-collar sentence, based on my hard work, family & community support, and a thorough review of my draconian sentence. Every day I honor that 2nd chance. He rights justice system wrongs.

Formerly incarcerated leaders don’t just rebuild. They reimagine. We have seen what a broken justice system looks, and we carry a vision of what it could be if built with compassion, fairness, and truth. 📷L-R: @jcnegron28, @vnessrojas, @beyondprisonmia, and @jjmorgannet

Whoops! @ohadfisherman wasn't even there and there's metadata that proves he wasn't even close to the alleged scene of the crime. He deserves compensation for having his name dragged in the mud. Truly sickening.

Even more infuriating—she leaves out that the $1.3B might be forfeiture, an added punishment on top of prison, restitution, or fines. Because apparently, a long sentence isn’t enough—lifelong financial punishment is part of the deal too.

It’s honestly wild watching Liz Oyer — Pardon Karen — rebrand herself as some kind of progressive martyr. People lose jobs every day, but heaven forbid she gets a pink slip. Let’s be clear: under her leadership, more than 7,000 clemency and pardon applications sat collecting dust on her desk. She never showed real courage in that role — never publicly challenged the administration, never went to the media, never created TikTok videos, never truly centered the people impacted. And let’s not forget, she stayed completely silent on some of Biden’s most questionable and high-profile clemencies, like Alex Saab and the so-called Merchant of Death. But now, suddenly, she’s reinvented herself as an opponent of so-called “questionable” pardons and a champion of fines and fees — a stance that’s not only harmful but fundamentally dishonest. And somehow, the progressive left is applauding her like she’s some saintly truth-teller. It’s giving major Shaun King energy — all performance, no substance, and ultimately dangerous to the criminal justice reform movement. Since she was an appointed public official, and served at the direction of the administration that appointed her. Hence, most smart people, when they know a new administration is coming on board, start planning ahead for a cushy job in the private sector. Liz didn’t want Mel Gibson to get his Second Amendment rights back, but had no issue staying silent when the Merchant of Death walked free — and reportedly back to business. Make it make sense. Let’s be real — this lands as also low-key hater energy and thinly veiled shade aimed at Alice Marie Johnson, a Black, formerly incarcerated woman and the current Pardon Czar, who is actually working to free people from prison.

I seriously doubt this is accurate. If it were true, the prosecutors would have been required to disclose it under Giglio, as it could impact the credibility of a key witness. In fact, such information would likely strengthen their case, especially given that the charges involve violations of the Mann Act, which pertains to the transportation of individuals for purposes of prostitution. While I understand that she is one of the alleged victims in the sex trafficking charges, this information could also fall under Brady, depending on its nature.

Update: According to multiple sources, Jane Doe was a high-priced call girl in Vega's before meeting Sean "Diddy" Combs. She never revealed she was a sex worker on the witness stand. #Diddytrial #ProfessionalCallGill
