During the trial, the US GOVERNMENT STIPULATED (Defense Exhibit DX-6, signed by the prosecutors themselves) that official CBP/DHS records prove Erik Yehezkel departed the United States on British Airways flight 208 on May 25, 2011 — and didn’t return until June 4, 2011 on flight 209. Memorial Day weekend 2011 (May 28–30) was right in the middle of that period. He was definitively not in the country. By agreeing to this, the prosecutors essentially called Lindsey Acree a liar — she swore under oath that Erik Yehezkel (“John Doe”) trafficked and raped her with Tal Alexander that very weekend in the Hamptons. How was Tal convicted on this count?
