@EE Done this several times, same result , u literally must be aware of this issue, not working look on pc, app same , if not that’s a bit Worrying considering EE r one of this biggest controllers of I.T communications?

@bfmurphymrb It's worth clearing the cookies/cache and reloading the app, also uninstalling and reinstalling as it can fix most issues :) Let me know how you get on.
