@united paid first class and they pulled our bags because too much weight on plane. Others received money and miles and our bags taken against our consent and no compensation. Want refund for our ticket

@EGEairport @united Flight ua5847 agents offered $ and miles to pull bags due to weight issue. We declined and had priority / first class tickets. Regardless they took our PRIORITY TAGGED bags and sent them all over the country.had to drive back to airport at midnight to collect

@united ua5847 paid for first class…airline agent offers people $$$$$ to put bags on another plane. We said no…they still did it . Even with giant tag saying PRIORITY on all of our bags

@eagleairports took our first class luggage and sent to another city and we had to wait five hours for it to arrive No compensation @united

@eagleairports flew priority UA 5874 and they chose to put our luggage on another flight and had to wait 6 hours to retrieve our bags!@united First class???? Rip off

@eagleairports @united flight 5847 from eagle promised $2000 to passengers who would check their bags on different flights. We didn’t offer ours up due to meds and they STILL sent our bags to various cities EVEN THOUGH WE SAID NO. now no reimbursement and no bags!

@eagleairports UA 5847 ticket agents chose to put our bags on another flight even though we said not to. Medicine in our bags and we are being told they will arrive sometime tomorrow as late as 24 hours after our arrival time. @united

@united @eagleairports People were offered $2000 at the United (vail) counter today to allow their bags to be on other flights. We needed and said no. Regardless they put them on various flights and we don’t have them. received no money FLIGHT 5847 vail to Denver.
