@Mookafish I had some gripes with it in terms of what was different from the book, and I was already in a kinda a bad mood on the day I went to see it (I got up at 4:00 AM and the film was at 6:45 PM Maybe I'll give it another chance

Project Hail Mary might the the first film I've seen where the reception is basically 100% positive. I'm yet to actually meet a person who didn't like it.

It might be the most endearing movie of all time, genuinely cannot fathom someone not having a good time during it. Gosling puts on an amazing one man acting performance and his relationship with Rocky had me tearing up multiple times, great duo. Visuals off the charts as expected and the practical sets are awesome. If you don’t see/support this in theaters you’re legally not allowed to complain about Hollywood making slop.

I would do this, the people who would say no simply lack the creativity and will. 500 years is like, 6-7 lifetimes, not even that long considering the infinite possibilities of projects I could be working on. Sure I might go a lil insane, but I’m sure I’ll figure something out.
