@BGElectrical Yes I responded on 15/12/2022, 11/12/2022, 25/11/2022, 18/11/2022, 17/11/2022, 16/11/2022 and 2 contact form submissions. I did not think it would be so difficult to obtain a replacement for a such an inexpensive product that is still under manufacturer's guarantee.

@BGElectrical Please replace my faulty Smart Power Adaptor. I've phoned and sent pictures and fault description to your technical department and yet you refuse to replace it. I expected better customer service from a company who say they guarantee their products for 25 years.

@ManAndDog64 Due to message limitations that wasn't an exhaustive list, just an couple of examples ... as for the Wi-Fi socket, they do need a decent signal (50% or stronger) to work with, otherwise they _can_ lose connection

@BGElectrical don’t laugh but one of your technical support guys told me in a email that the weather can affect the WiFi connection on an external socket 😳. Even though the socket had worked perfectly for 6 weeks in all weathers.

@fuzzweed @Lucecogroup The other thing to consider is that the other product being used in the USB socket will require a minimum 100ma to be detected by the socket. USB LED reading lamps are very low power, it may be that this is not being recognised.

@BGElectrical Won't charge A and C together, so not suitable for high power devices. Not smart. Tech support blamed Apple, so not universal. No mention of shared power requirements. Not contractor opportunity; had to waste my time explaining to customer how bad a design this is.
