DOJ says it is taking on political violence with its new indictment of James Comey. Meanwhile, DOJ is also seeking to vacate the seditious conspiracy conviction of Stewart Rhodes, who said “We should have brought rifles…I'd hang fuckin' Pelosi from the lamppost."

Trump's DOJ is moving to vacate the seditious conspiracy conviction of Stewart Rhodes, founder of the Oath Keepers. "We should have brought rifles," Rhodes said shortly after Jan. 6. "I'd hang fuckin' Pelosi from the lamppost."

Trump’s FCC chair, Brendan Carr, says he plans to punish and potentially revoke broadcast licenses for TV networks critical of the Trump administration: “I’d be surprised if we don’t go down the path of license revocation for some. It will be up to them and their conduct.” This is fascism. This is what they do in authoritarian countries. This is cancel culture on steroids. Where’s the outrage?

Today’s Supreme Court decision effectively guts a key pillar of the Voting Rights Act, freeing state legislatures to gerrymander legislative districts to systematically dilute and weaken the voting power of racial minorities - so long as they do it under the guise of “partisanship” rather than explicit “racial bias.” And it serves as just one more example of how a majority of the current Court seems intent on abandoning its vital role in ensuring equal participation in our democracy and protecting the rights of minority groups against majority overreach. The good news is that such setbacks can be overcome. But that will only happen if citizens across the country who cherish our democratic ideals continue to mobilize and vote in record numbers - not just in the upcoming midterms or in high profile races, but in every election and every level.

On this day in 1945, American soldiers opened the gates of Dachau and walked straight into hell. Battle-hardened U.S. troops from the 42nd and 45th Infantry Divisions thought they had seen the worst of war. Nothing prepared them for what they found on April 29. A “death train” from Buchenwald with 40 rail cars stacked with thousands of rotting corpses. Inside the camp: piles of bodies, living skeletons shuffling through the grounds, the overpowering stench of death, disease, and starvation. More than 32,000 prisoners remained — many Jews — ravaged by years of slave labor, medical experiments, and systematic cruelty. Just days earlier, the SS had sent more than 7,000 on a final death march. Thousands never made it. Dachau was the original Nazi concentration camp, operating since 1933. What started as a site for political prisoners became the blueprint for industrialized dehumanization. By the end, the crematoria couldn’t keep up. The soldiers were physically sickened. Some wept openly. Others, in raw fury after seeing the horrors, killed SS guards on the spot. The scenes were so devastating that General Eisenhower personally toured the camps, determined that no one could ever call this propaganda. Dachau was not an extermination camp like Auschwitz, yet more than 41,000 people were murdered or died there. These were men, women, and children whose only crime was being Jewish — or simply being in the way of the Nazi machine. For years, the world had closed its doors to Jews, trapping them. Immigration quotas. The 1939 British White Paper that slammed shut the gates of Mandate Palestine even as Europe burned. Jews had nowhere to run. That is why Jewish sovereignty is not optional. A strong, independent, Jewish State of Israel is the only promise that never again will Jewish survival depend on the mercy of others, the conscience of foreign armies, or the goodwill of hostile neighbors. Israel gave the Jewish people a home, an army, and the power to defend themselves. Am Yisrael Chai.

BREAKING: The ICE agent who murdered the unarmed Minnesota mother, Renee Good, has quietly returned to active duty in another state. Three months after ICE agent Jonathan Ross shot Renee Good in the arm, breast, and head as she tried to drive away — muttering "f@ckng b#tch" on his own cellphone video as her car crashed into a parked vehicle with her dying inside — he is back on active duty in a different state. Ross faced no criminal charges and only three days of administrative leave. He was quietly relocated out of Minnesota and went back to work. Good, 37, was an unarmed mother who was shot on January 7th during a Minneapolis ICE operation. Seventeen days later, VA ICU nurse Alex Pretti was shot dead in the same operation. The killings sparked global outrage, mass protests, and ultimately consumed DHS Secretary Kristi Noem's career. Now, the agent responsible for Renee Good's death is performing administrative and investigative duties. The accountability process has been frozen — deliberately, according to senior DHS officials — because ICE's internal affairs division cannot begin its own review until the FBI investigation concludes. And the FBI investigation has stalled. One senior ICE official told the PunchUp Substack blog that the FBI needs to "sh*t or get off the pot." "It's just hanging out there," they said. The FBI probe has been clouded by serious misconduct allegations from the beginning. FBI supervisor Tracee Mergen resigned from the Minneapolis field office in January after saying she was pressured to reclassify her civil rights inquiry into Ross as an investigation of an alleged assault on a federal officer by Good herself. Whistleblowers told Senators Whitehouse and Durbin that FBI Director Kash Patel personally directed agents to reframe warrant language to portray the dead woman as a suspect rather than a victim. Multiple senior DHS officials told PunchUp that the decision to freeze out Minnesota state investigators from the crime scene was directed by the White House. Career officials who believed a joint federal-state review would produce a more credible outcome were never consulted. When outgoing ICE Director Todd Lyons was asked directly by a House subcommittee whether he would apologize to Good's family for how she was publicly characterized, he said he'd speak to them privately but wouldn't comment on an active investigation. Hours later, he announced his resignation. Somehow Jonathan Ross remains on active duty — and Renee Good remains dead, a victim of the Trump administration’s malfeasance. Please like and share this post if you believe that Jonathan Ross should be in prison by this point, not back on the job.

The pro-Hamas militias in New York City (they’re wearing Hamas headbands) have entered a new phase of their derangement in the name of being “pro-Palestine” while protesting. Apparently, it is now acceptable to call random Jewish people “pedophiles” and label them as the “Epstein class” just because they happen to be eating at a Jewish restaurant. Imagine doing this to Palestinian, Arab, or Muslim-owned restaurants. Despite the existence of vast types of pedophilia in the Arab and Muslim worlds, where child marriages are legally protected in many parliaments, and despite the vast Muslim-majority child grooming and rape networks that have been exposed in the United Kingdom, we didn’t see “pro-Israel” protesters engaging in this kind of behavior. We didn’t see the attack, harassment, and sieging of Arabs, Muslims, and Palestinians in Europe or the United States while they were dining at restaurants. This behavior is primarily flowing in one direction – and that is shameful, disgusting, and should be embarrassing. Freedom of expression should not be a free license to engage in antisemitism, hate, violence, and thuggery, especially by the same people who are the first to cry about racism and “Islamophobia.” Shame on this disgusting movement of hate, for it is neither pro-Palestine nor does it embody the values of Arab hospitality or Islamic compassion and kindness. Ban the pro-Hamas, pro-terror movement in the Western world now!

The @nytimes has a choice. It can report on the horrific testimonies of Gazan women and children raped by Hamas, or it can write glowing profiles of pro-Hamas influencers like Hasan Piker. We see which one the Times chose. This is more than a missed story by one news organization. It's an industry-wide pattern of erasure. As CAMERA documented in January, outlets like @NPR have spent months minimizing or denying the reality of Hamas’s program of mass sexual assault. Now, the tactic has shifted: When the evidence of Hamas’s systemic violence becomes undeniable, media outlets simply choose to look away. Here's what they're not showing you:
Adam Mossoff@AdamMossoff

The NY Times has been too busy glazing pro-Hamas propagandist Hasan Piker to actually report on systemic rape practices by Hamas, even when done to Arab women and children in Gaza.

Q: In 2022, MAGA activist Jack Posobiec posted “86, 46.” He didn’t apologize or took it down like James Comey did. Will you prosecute him? Acting AG Todd Blanche: The FBI and the U.S. Attorney’s Office have been investigating the Comey matter for almost a year, and it resulted in a two-count indictment. I don’t know about Posobiec. Utah found one noncitizen on its voter rolls out of 1.8 million registered voters. Then passed a show-your-papers law for the 2026 midterms without funding the systems to implement it. 21 million American citizens lack ready access to the documents these laws require. New Hampshire's version turned away married women who didn't have marriage licenses on hand. Indiana is on the list. Kansas had its version struck down after it blocked 30,000 citizens from registering. The Brennan Center has the full count.
