बुद्धले भन्नुभयो “दुःख छ, दुःखको कारण छ, दुःखको निवारण छ, दुःख निवारण गर्ने मार्ग छ।” बुद्धले देखाउनुभएको बाटो दुःख निवारणको बाटो हो। उज्यालोको अभाव नै अँध्यारो हो; जतिबेला उज्यालोको किरणले पाइला टेक्छ, अँध्यारो स्वतः बिलाएर जान्छ। हाम्रो यात्रा त्यस्तै ज्ञानको उज्यालोको खोजमा हुनुपर्छ, समस्या निवारणको मार्गमा हुनुपर्छ। शान्तिका सर्वकालीन महान् प्रवर्तक बुद्धको जन्मजयन्तीको अवसरमा विश्वशान्तिको कामना गर्दछु। बुद्धको जन्मले धन्य हाम्रो नेपाल भूमि सदैव अहिंसा र शान्तिको पक्षमा छ। साँचो क्रान्ति ‘क’ बाट होइन ‘ज्ञ’ बाट शुरू हुन्छ, र त्यो "ज्ञ" ज्ञान हो । बुद्ध जयन्तीको सुअवसरमा सम्पूर्णमा प्रज्ञामय शुभकामना। अप्प दीपो भवः।

To all the self-proclaimed “high IQ” smart ppl, I was trying to convey that: PPL move coz of NEED. When income doesn’t meet basic needs, some resort to informal settlements, that’s simple logic.. no different from graduates in abroad clinging to low-paid jobs or seeking asylum…

It’s time to Decolonise Mount Everest !⛰️🏔️ Do you know why Mount Everest is called Mount Everest? ?? George Everest was the Surveyor General of India so it was his job to map the Indian subcontinent. But he was just the admin guy right? It was actually an Indian mathematician - Radhanath Sikdar who actually for the first time calculated the height and discovered that “Peak XV” was the tallest. So the British did what they do best - they measure it, they own it - they’ll name it. Peak XV was now Mount Everest!
