Why is there no show for an airline? I need a refund for the 6pm tickets I had to buy since the airline made us buy tickets for the next when they could have easily accommodated

Dear @airindia We got 15min late for AI 687 today, and we were declared no show since we checked in late. The flight left 17min late. So technically I was 60min before time. Yesterday the flight was 5 hours delayed. I had to buy fresh tickets for AI 660 which is now 15 min late.

Don’t go by what it shows on line

@IndiGo6E, I had a bad fall and had to get my foot nursed. Still managed to reach the gate 23 min early but denied boarding. Inspite of informing your boarding gate manager. What about all times you get delayed yourself!! Expect more empathy. #6e6021

@bhavanamittal Ma'am, we understand your concern, we would like to inform you that our check-in counter closes 60 minutes before the departure time of the flight, and the boarding gate closes 25 minutes before departure. Arriving after these deadlines may result in being denied boarding. (1/2)

@IndiGo6E However on the same day, the flight departed at 5:41am instead of 5:45, which is the earliest departure time this whole week. Yesterday it departed at 5:47am. And with Indigo standard time, you always have a buffer on landing time. Hence each day the flight landed before time.
