I am confused!Did the department @gpgSocDev misunderstand @Lesufi instructions? Because it can't be the NGOs as all the rejection letters for funding I have read was not because of non compliance but rather not being within the departments focus area. @CronjeHelgard @SolidariDirk

This is the one thing I can agree with @MbaliHlopheSA, it does not matter how many people are receiving state aid, what matters is how many gets out and breaks the pattern. I am however hesitant to be too excited as the leadership is lacking within @gpgSocDev . @CronjeHelgard

NRO's was onkant gevang deur gister se konsultasie sessie waar hierdie bekend gemaak is. In my opinie was hierdie konsultasie eerder ‘n gedikteerde inligtingsessie waar hulle slegs ingelig is van die beplande wysigings!

It does not matter how much more capacity @gpgSocDev generate when the leadership is failing the system! Moving funds around without effectively delivering on the implementation will not change the picture.

Beloftes! Hierdie probleem kom al vir jare. Hoeveel jaar was daar geleentheid om hier in te gryp maar fondse word eerder geplunder. Wat gaan die ANC anders doen? Ek kry my popcorn reg, hierdie wil ek sien gebeur want dit sal fantasties wees vir Suid-Afrika as hulle wel "succeed"
