@SkyUK why say on the phone line get a link sent to you to speak to one of the team! Yet it doesn’t connect you to the bloody team! So frustrating when you have been promised something and it’s not happened

@CrossCountryUK hey, how long does it take for delay repay to be paid from approval?

@northernassist are trains running normally on Sunday from Newton le willows to patricroft, as TFW have told me they are only running as far as Warrington bank quay due to engineering works between there and Manchester picidilly
