Donald Trump speaking directly with Vladimir Putin and with Volodymyr Zelenskyy is a great step toward ending the war in Ukraine. I pray for peace and for successful negotiations between these leaders, hopefully soon 🕊 As I said, I will be traveling to Russia and back to Ukraine to do all I can to give a public forum for these leaders & others to give their perspective, in long-form, with empathy but also with rigor & challenging questions. We need more conversations, not less. I think the goal for us humans, in order to avoid a global war and to survive long-term, should be to increase the amount of understanding and compassion in the world, and constantly seek paths to peace when wars break out. @zebulgar Constantly Re-racking often doesn’t make sense. Rarely someone sits on the same machine all the time, people rotate, and often folks rotate where they use similar to equal weights. If you need to re-rack, you will end up just doing that and not lifting.
